Rent information

The rent level payable to you under the RAPS scheme is set by this Council and is dependent upon current Local Housing Allowance Rates and a charge made by the Council.

Rent is paid direct from Gosport Borough Council into your bank account, and is paid monthly in advance.  However, if in the future you take the tenant on privately, the rent may be paid by your tenant direct.
