Nomination process

When we have found you a suitable tenant for your property we will make a contact with you with nomination details of a tenant.  We will provide you with the following information:

• The full name and current address of the proposed tenant, along with details of all family members - this is usually names and ages of all children within the household. 
• We will let you know if the family are smokers.
• We will advise you if the household have pets.
• We will share with you any known household or tenancy risks.

Once you have this information, it is then up to you if you wish to accept the nomination we are proposing to make to you
