Local Land Charges

Please use this e-search application form in order to submit your search request on-line. On completing your application you will be asked to choose a payment method. At this time you may pay either:

By telephone payment by debit/credit card - 023 9258 4242

By BACS/Faster Payment (bank details will be provided on request) or:-

By Approved Payment on Account *

* Unless you or your organisation have already been approved for Payment on Account please email the Local Land Charges Section for information about this service - land.charges@gosport.gov.uk

By using Payment on Account you will not have to send payment on submission of your e-search application but you will be invoiced for any searches you have submitted at the end of each calendar month.

Once you have completed your application you will be notified on screen that the application has been successfully submitted and, provided you have supplied a valid email address, you will receive an email confirmation of your application.
