If you have a damaged bin please contact Streetscene by either calling 08000 198 598 or emailing streetscene@gosport.gov.uk before making any payments as you may be eligible for a FREE repair.
Wheeled bins for both rubbish and recycling collections are provided by Gosport Borough Council at a cost of £38.50 per bin. The charge includes the purchase of a 240 litre bin and delivery to your property. Please note only 1 x 240 litre rubbish wheeled bin and 1 x 240 litre recycling wheeled per property. No additional bins should be purchased. Our collection crews will not empty additional bins.
If you have moved to a property that has no wheeled bins you will need to purchase a set of bins or should you wish to upgrade your existing 140 litre bin (small) to a 240 litre, (large) payment will be required. Where a wheeled bin is upgraded, the existing smaller bin will be collected when the delivery of the new bin is made.
