After a two year break the Gosport Employment and Skills Fair (GE&SF) is returning in 2023! 

Organised by Gosport Borough Council it is the town's largest annual recruitment, careers and training exhibition. In addition to employers promoting job and apprenticeship vacancies the other exhibitors are local employment support organisations, training providers and education establishments. As a result GE&SF brings together local employers and job seekers in a supportive environment enabling businesses to recruit new staff and residents secure new employment and/or get assistance to do so. 

Why attend and exhibit?

For residents it incorporates not just job and apprenticeship vacancies but also help to get those jobs and apprenticeships; as well as an opportunity to get career advice, information about locally available training courses, and support to start a new business. Perhaps most importantly it also provides them with the chance to meet potential employers face-to-face to discuss current job opportunities or careers in the future. Although primarily aimed at job seeking adults and young people, it is also aimed at students to help them get a better understanding of the future career opportunities here in Gosport.

For businesses it is primarily an opportunity to promote their job and apprenticeship vacancies to hundreds of local residents. However it also enables them to network with employment support organisations, training providers and education establishments to further assist with recruitment, training and raising their profile as a local employer.

GE&SF is free to attend and exhibit and the participating exhibitors are listed below.
