Anyone who uses a physical immigration document, like a Biometric Residence Permit (BRP), to prove their immigration status and who do not already have a UKVI (UK Visa and Immigration) account, will need to take action now to create a UKVI account to access their eVisa.

Anyone with a UK visa who is already in the UK is to visit Online immigration status (eVisa) - GOV.UK (www.gov.uk) to find out what they need to do to create a UKVI account to access their eVisa. Nothing changes for British and Irish citizens. They will continue to prove their right to work as they do now, by showing their British or Irish passport.
