GBC Grants

Overview

Gosport Borough Council is pleased to be able to offer three grant funds.

The Community Fund is aimed at local community groups and organisations, and is composed of monies collected from developments as part of the Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL), as well as additional Council funding.

The Heritage Fund, is aimed at local organisations and businesses for the enhancement of local built and cultural heritage, and is composed of Council funding as part of the Heritage Action Zone legacy.

The Community Events Fund is aimed at supporting community events in the Borough.

The guidance and application forms for funds have recently been updated, so please ensure only the guidance and application forms currently on this website  are used. If you have any questions, please email gbcgrants@gosport.gov.uk.  Applications are assessed at the Council's Grants Sub-Board on a quarterly basis. Projects must be within the Borough and other conditions apply.
