If you are proposing to hold an event which involves a large gathering of people the Gosport Safety Advisory Group (SAG) would like you to provide basic details of your event by completing this form so that it can provide you with advice on safety, street closures and licenses. Please do not wait until the details for your event are finalised.
On submission this form will automatically be circulated to all Agencies represented on the Safety Advisory Group - Police, Fire and Rescue, Ambulance, Coastguard, Hampshire County Council and Gosport Borough Council. On receipt of an Event Notification Form, should any agency require more information or clarification concerning an event it will make contact with the Event Organiser or nominated contact within a period of 4 weeks.
