This report form is only applicable to domestic (black lid) and recycling (green lid) rubbish collections - Gosport Borough Council do not collect commercial rubbish. This form is not to be used to report problems with your Garden Waste collections. Please call FCC on 02393 990038, Monday – Friday 9am – 3pm to report Garden Waste collection issues.
Please ensure that you have checked the day your waste/recycling should have been collected.
Be aware that collection times can vary due to other factors such as traffic volumes, roadworks, accidents, etc, and our contractor has until 5.00 pm to make the collection. Your waste must be ready for collection at the boundary of your property by 7.00 am, on the morning of your collection day, in order for it to be collected. Please note that all waste vehicles are fitted with 360 cameras with time and location trackers and our contractor will not return to collect waste that was placed out late, in the incorrect location or waste that does not comply with our requirements.

Missed bins
We will return and collect a missed bin:-
- If the bin was put out for collection, visible and unobstructed on the edge of the highway by 7am on your day of collection
- If the missed bin is reported within 2 days (Friday missed collections must be reported by the following Monday morning)
- If the bin does not contain any of the above items or has not been red tagged (as contaminated on a recycling collection week)
