Gosport's Section 106 Monitoring Fee

From 1 April 2021, Gosport Borough Council charge a fee for the monitoring, reporting and delivery of planning obligations.

The current Section 106 monitoring fee is set out in the note below along with information relating to the rationale behind its introduction, how it was established, the exceptions, and how the fee will be used.

Reporting Fee Income and Expenditure

The Borough Council reports income and expenditure relating to the Section 106 monitoring fee in the Infrastructure Funding Statement (IFS) annually by the 31 December.
