GBC Community Fund

The Community Fund is aimed at local community groups and voluntary organisations and is composed of monies collected from developments as part of the Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) as well as additional Council funding.

Grants of up to £5,000 are for local groups and organisations to improve community places, spaces and activities. If you have any queries, please email the GBC Grants Officer at  gbcgrants@gosport.gov.uk

The funds are open all year round for applicants to submit Expressions of Interest and full applications. Please see the Council's webpage and guidance for more information on how to apply.

Please note that the submission date is in advance of the board meeting to allow sufficient time for bids to be properly assessed and compiled into a report for circulation to Council officers and members. Bids submitted after the submission deadline may be considered for the following board meeting.
