Local Planning Authorities are required to produce an Authority Monitoring Report (AMR) annually in accordance with the requirements of the Town and Country Planning (Local Planning) (England) Regulations 2012 and the National Planning Policy Framework.
The AMR monitors the delivery of the policies in the Local Plan 2011-2029 which was adopted by the Council on 14th October 2015.
